Greenwood residents and motorists can learn the details of an upcoming bridge renovation project.
An informational meeting on Thursday will be about the rehabilitation of Madison Avenue’s bridge over Pleasant Run Creek. The bridge is located east of Greenwood Park Mall, between County Line Road and Fry Road. The project includes new bridge rails, sidewalks and street approaches.
The meeting will start at 6 p.m. at the Greenwood city building, 300 S. Madison Ave.
At the meeting, residents, businesses and commuters can get an overview of the upcoming project, focusing on construction phasing and travel lane restrictions. The bridge will remain open during construction, with one lane of traffic in each direction.
