Brook A. Wooldridge, 47, died on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Martinsville
He is survived by his daughter, Brooke D. Wooldridge of Illinois; parents, Ernie and Laura Wooldridge of Nineveh; and siblings, Vicky Wooldridge of Martinsville and Casey (Nancy) Wooldridge of Trafalgar.
In keeping with Brook’s wishes, he will be cremated with a gathering at a later date.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
