Province Park, 300 Branigin Blvd.: Police responded at 6:42 p.m. Monday to a report of trash cans and a picnic table being throw into the creek.

1500 block of Franklin Place Court: Police responded at 4:33 p.m. Monday to a report of someone throwing a rotten pumpkin onto a neighboring porch.

Fraud

800 block of Sagittarius Avenue: Police responded at 3:06 p.m. Monday to a report of check fraud.

Thefts

2100 block of Galaxy Drive: Police responded at 2:45 p.m. Monday to a report of fraudulent debit card transactions.

500 block of Johnson Avenue: Police responded at 11:16 a.m. Monday to a report of theft.

300 block of Miller Drive: Police responded at 8:01 p.m. Monday to a report of battery.

Criminal mischief

200 block of Legacy Boulevard: Police responded at 2:42 p.m. Monday to a report of vandals firing paint balls at a house.

Fraud

400 block of East Main Street: Police responded at 3:38 p.m. Monday to two people filling out fraudulent documents at a car lot to purchase cars. The purchasers were refusing to return the cars or pay for them.

Thefts

300 block of Grove Court: Police responded at 11:33 a.m. Monday to a report of a furnace missing from a foreclosed home.

1200 block of North Emerson Avenue: Police responded at 8:46 a.m. Monday to a report of theft from a construction site.

Greenwood Meadows, 1200 N. State Road 135: Police responded at 5:53 p.m. Monday to a report of theft.

Bio Life, 1138 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 5:41 p.m. Monday to a report of $800 worth of hand tools stolen from the building.

Weapons offense

1800 block of Meyer Street: Police responded at 11:51 a.m. Monday to a report of gunshots being fired in the area. The complainant reported finding a bullet in her vehicle. No damage was reported to the vehicle.

Adventures Daycare, 300 Western Blvd., Greenwood: Police responded at 7:07 p.m. Monday to a report of a missing backpack containing an iPad.
