EDINBURGH
Katherine “Kathy” Ann (Lingenfelter) Mullins, 45, of Edinburgh, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus.
She is survived by her husband, Richard A. Mullins of Edinburgh; daughter, Nicole “Nikki” Stephens of Edinburgh; three step-sons, Richard Mullins, Morgan Mullins and Dawson Mullins, all of Edinburgh; sister, Rebecca Stephens of Greenfield; brother, Mike Lingenfelter of Whiteland and her mother, Phyllis Lingenfelter.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the South Point Church, 70 West St., Whiteland.
Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, is entrusted with arrangements.
