Linda S. (Adair) Koch, 66, died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at IU Health Bloomington. She was a resident of Bloomington.
She is survived by her son, Zachary Koomler of Nashville; and brother, Robert James Adair of Nashville.
Her wishes were to be cremated. There will be a celebration of life memorial service at a later date.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
