INDIANAPOLIS
Dr. Sarah Lantz, 34, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016.
Survivors include parents, David and Sally (Farmer) Lantz; brothers, Jason (Gail) Lantz and Josh Lantz; and grandmother, Nancy Stump.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Southport Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the World Medical Mission, Post Residency Program, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607, Project Account No. 004.
Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center is handling the arrangements.
