A Franklin teen was taken to the hospital with arm pain after she was hit by an SUV early Tuesday morning.

Just after midnight Tuesday, Isabel Portocarerro, 14, Franklin, was walking on King Street when she was hit by the side mirror of a passing SUV, according to the police report.
