Phyllis Ruth Schoolcraft-Spiece (Wilkinson), 81, of Indianapolis passed away Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, in Indianapolis.
She was born Aug. 13, 1934, to David and Ona Wilkinson in Franklin. Phyllis was a private duty nurse. She was a past member of the Franklin Elks Club No. 1818.
She loved to dance and was an excellent cook. She was a loving grandmother and was a loved aunt. Her boys were her life.
She is survived by her sons, George (Cindy) Schoolcraft of Noblesville and Roger Schoolcraft of Nineveh; grandchildren; Eric Schoolcraft of Goodfield, Illinois, and Kristen Schoolcraft of Noblesville; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, James Robert Schoolcraft; brothers, David Wilkinson Jr. and Jerry Wilkinson.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel, 197 E. Jefferson St.. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
