INDIANAPOLIS
Ronald Dale Fugate, 61, of Indianapolis, died Dec. 21, 2015.
Survivors include his mother, Mayo Fugate; children, Ronald Dale Fugate Jr., Randall Fugate, Autumn L. Fugate-Sarmiento, Jason Fugate and Rana M. Teepe; sister, Vonda Harris; brother, Eddie Fugate; and several grandchildren.
A memorial funeral service will be conducted at the convenience of his family.
Newcomer Funeral Home in Indianapolis is handling arrangements.
