INDIANAPOLIS
John Lee Daniels, 46, of Indianapolis, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015.
Survivors include two children, Tristan and McKinzie Daniels; his parents, Jack and Clarella Daniels; and two siblings, Deborah (Joseph) Robertson and Kirt Alan Daniels.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, 9201 E. County Road 100N, Avon, with additional visitation from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the church. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Shepherd Lutheran Church.
