Jody Stout, 31, of Greenwood, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015.
Survivors include her parents, Charles Jeffery and Mary Lynn (Campton) Stout; fiance, Tim Sinks of Greenwood; daughters, Hailey, Trinity and Lillian Sinks; brother, Larry Handak of Greenwood; and grandmother, Ann Stout of Mooresville.
A celebration of life service will be at a later date.
Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood is assisting with arrangements.
