INDIANAPOLIS
John R. Deal, 84, of Indianapolis, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015.
Survivors include three sons, Fred (Joy) Deal, Eddie (Amanda) Deal and Mark (Melinda) Deal; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lovenia (Buddy) Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marietta Deal.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.
