Anthony R. Hodge, 73, of Indianapolis, died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2015.
The funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Glenns Valley, Greenwood.
