RaChelle Ann “Sherry” (Shank) Stone, 63, of Whiteland, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015.
She was born in Indianapolis to Raymond and Leafy Shank.
She enjoyed cooking holiday meals, knitting, crocheting and shopping at Goodwill.
Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Russell Stone Sr.; sons, Russell Stone II (Linsey) and Wayne Stone (Stacey); siblings, Rayberta McFarland, Raymond E. Shank, Ranette Rhoton, Randall Shank, RaLynn Scaggs, RaDonna Wright and Raynard Shank; grandchildren, Nicholas Stone, Veronica Stone, Russell Stone III and Gracie Stone; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Stone II.
Preceded in death by her siblings, Ramona Rutherford and RaDelle Evans.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Flanner and Buchanan Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services in Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.
