FRANKLIN
David L. Guthrey Jr., 46, of Franklin, died on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015.
Survivors include his mother, Connie L. (Peterson) Kondy and stepfather Jeffrey Kondy of Indianapolis; daughters, Itali Mae Guthrey and Camaira Lee Guthrey; a sister, Jennifer Lee (Guthrey) Sheldomridge (Stephen) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; stepbrother, Klayton Kondy of Indianapolis.
The Rev. Peter Jessen will conduct a memorial service at noon Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, 100 E. Madison St., Franklin with a luncheon to follow.
Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center in Franklin is handling the arrangements.
