How to work off

Just the thought of consuming thousands of calories on Thanksgiving Day can make your pants feel tighter. But not everyone can sneak away to the gym before or after the meal.

Stephanie Martin, nutritionist and personal trainer with Martin Nutrition & Fitness, has some thoughts on how to help.

While Martin is hosting a “Turkey Burn” class in their Center Grove-area studio at 9 a.m. today, she said there are some easy moves that can be done anywhere.

“This is a quick, 20-minute workout that people can do at home without any equipment before you go and feast,” she said.
