- Half Price Books, parking lot, 844 U.S. 31 North: A man reported at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday that someone broke window on his vehicle and stole a backpack.
Shoplifting
Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday to a report of shoplifting. The person was issued a summons to appear in court.
