INDIANAPOLIS
Carl M. Fowler, 83, of Indianapolis, died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015.
Survivors include his wife, Linda K. Fowler; two sons, Scott A. (Caroline) and Eric D. Fowler; a brother, Jim (Glenda) Fowler; a sister, Jane (Cliff) Miller; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at University Heights United Methodist Church, 4002 Otterbein Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, and from 9:30 a.m. until the service time Friday at church. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
Memorials may be made to the Southport High School Golf Scholarship Fund, c/o Jay Danner; or the American Cancer Society.
