Carl Ball, 57, of Indianapolis, died Nov. 6, 2015.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Ball; mother and stepfather, Shirley and John Parker; father, Russell Ball; stepmother; and six brothers and sisters.
Services will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Cornerstone Nazarene Church, 1326 E. Sumner Ave., Indianapolis.
Arrangements are being handled by Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Indianapolis.
