800 block of East Jefferson Street: Police responded at 4:07 p.m. Monday to a report of a thief prying open an apartment window and stealing a cellphone and bag of makeup.
700 block of South State Street: Police responded at 2:21 p.m. Monday to a report of thefts from storage units. Locks were cut from both. An infrared heater and water cooler were stolen from the first unit. At the second unit, an air compressor and air hose was stolen.
400 block of Kentucky Street: Police responded at 12:25 p.m. Monday to a report of a burglarized shed.
