Concert to feature variety of musical styles

Franklin College music scholars will present their annual chamber concert on Nov. 3.

The performances will feature a spectrum of sound, including samplings from Broadway, contemporary favorites, classical music and romantic art songs.

The chamber concert will showcase Franklin College students enrolled in voice or music classes, both music majors and non-majors. Performances will include solos and chamber ensembles of two to five performers.

The performances will start at 7 p.m. in the Clarence E. and Inez R. Custer Theatre in Old Main at Monroe Street and Branigin Boulevard. The concert is free and open to the public.
