INDIANAPOLIS
Kent W. Simmerman, 73, of Indianapolis, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2015.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley A. Lukens; children, Karen (Sean) Hodge and Kurt (Lisa) Simmerman; stepchildren, Dan, Scott and David Lukens and Lynette McIntosh; two grandchildren; 18 stepgrandchildren and great-stepgrandchildren; and siblings, Paul (Jackie) Simmerman of Beech Grove and Lynne (Jack) Dennis of Florida.
A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
