• Admiral, 237 W. Jefferson St.: Police responded at 9:18 a.m. Thursday to a report of counterfeit currency used to pay for merchandise.

Thefts

• Kroger, 1700 Northwood Plaza: Police responded at 12:04 a.m. Friday to a report of theft by an employee suspected of stealing lottery tickets and funds, according to the report.
• 300 block of East Adams Street: Police responded at 9:28 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

• 500 block of Polk Street: Police responded at 11:21 p.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen license plate.
• 600 block of Morgan Way: Police responded at 4:57 p.m. Thursday to a report of identity theft.
• Kohl’s, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 3:48 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft. A woman was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
• Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 2:58 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft. A woman was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court.
