GREENWOOD
Kelsi T. Chesser-Schritter, 20, of Greenwood, passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015.
She was a certified clinical medical assistant for IU Health Physicians for the past year and a half.
She was a graduate of Greenwood Community High School and Kaplan College.
Kelsi is survived by her parents, Gabriel A. and Angela D. Schritter and James (Kim) Chesser; brothers and sisters, Emily Schritter Brink, Ashley Schritter, Blake Schritter, Morgan Chesser-Schritter, Nicholas Chesser and Kaya Chesser; fiance, Joseph Lovalvo; grandparents, Patricia “Nana” Backer, Elmer “Rusty” and Judy Muesing, Larry and Lucille Hughes, Blake and Brenda Schritter, and Madonna “Donna” Martin; aunts, Angie Taylor, Wendy Morningstar, who is also her godmother, Cheri (Dan) Hampton, Tina Schritter and Ericka Beck; uncles, John Garver, James Muesing, who is also her godfather, Ron (Cathy) Pollard, Shelly (Tom) Welch and Monique (Eric) Rembold; and nieces and nephews, Tyler, Brooklyn, Dominic and Natalia.
She was preceded in death by a grandpa, Jerry “Papaw” Backer.
A celebration of life service will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at Community Church of Greenwood 1477 W. Main St., Greenwood. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
