GREENWOOD
Lisa Ann Black, 44, died Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, at her residence in Greenwood.
Survivors include her husband, Shane Chadwick of Greenwood; three sons, Chris Cannady, Joshua (Holley) Cannady and Chance Ledford, all of Tracy City, Tennessee; and two sisters, Teresa (Jeff) Cook of Ellijay, Georgia, and Amanda (Dean) Derreberry of Murphy, North Carolina.
A funeral service will be today at Yellow Creek Baptist Church in Ball Ground, Georgia. Burial will be at Yellow Creek Cemetery in Ball Ground.
Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center is handling local arrangements.
