Robert and Patty Sherfeld of New Whiteland will celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. today at their home, 818 Middle Drive.
Mr. Sherfeld and his wife, the former Patty Bryant, were married Oct. 10, 1970, in Indianapolis.
He is retired from Horton Wire Co.
She is retired from Clark-Pleasant Schools.
The couple have two children, April and Rob Sherfeld.
