LARGO, Fla.
Carlos L. Rooks, 76, died Saturday Oct. 3, 2015. He was a resident of Largo, Florida, and a former resident of Edinburgh.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Sue (Scott) Rooks; two children, Brad (Angie) Rooks and Sharon Rooks (Eddie) Wheeler, both of Edinburgh; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and five siblings.
National Cremation Society is handling arrangements.
