Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Drive, Franklin, will be the starting point for this year’s Johnson County CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday.

Proceeds benefit the Interchurch Food Pantry locally and worldwide charities through the Church World Service.

Registration is at 1:30 p.m., with the three-mile walk beginning at 2 p.m. The route will follow the Franklin trails through Franklin College.

Food donations can be brought to the starting point, and walkers can obtain sponsors to raise funds.

Benedict Inn Retreat & Conference Center, 1402 Southern Ave., Beech Grove, will offer a personal retreat day on Wednesday.

Visitors can rest, relax, read and walk the center’s labyrinth path.

Fee is $35 per person and includes a room for the day and lunch. Spiritual direction is available for an additional fee.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The concert begins at 6 p.m. and will feature multiple church choirs singing their favorite selections.

An offering will be taken for the homeless youth organization.
