Mr. and Mrs. Harold Beaty of Franklin celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Beaty and his wife, the former Hazel Langford, were married Oct. 1, 1955, in Liberty, Kentucky.
He is retired from ArvinMeritor.
She is retired from the Indiana Masonic Home.
The couple have five children, Bonnie McTarsney, Connie Johnson, Susan Crutcher, Thomas Beaty and Stephen Beaty; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
