GREENWOOD
Nan J. (Martin) Faulk, 83, of Greenwood, died Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015.
Survivors include four children, Desiree Oventrop, David (Staci) Faulk, Mary (Chris) Munn and Connie (Greg) Basco; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Daniel D. Martin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Faulk; and a daughter, Theresa M. Faulk.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church, 335 S. Meridian St. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Greenwood Church.
