Criminal mischief

Province Park, 396 Branigin Blvd.; Police responded at 9:54 a.m. Wednesday to a report of restrooms connected to a shelter that were damaged.

Theft

100 block of East King Street: A man reported at 4:43 p.m. Wednesday that a tool was missing.

Greenwood

Shoplifting

Von Maur, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday to a report of shoplifting. A woman was arrested.

Battery

First block of Davis Drive: Police responded at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday to a report of battery.

Jenny Lee Lozado, 25, 5666 State Road 135, Morgantown; arrested on a warrant for violation of community corrections; held on $300 bond.

Amy Nicole Carter, 29, 4450 Maple Lane, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for violation of probation; held without bond.

Eric Lee Pierce, 36, 1212 Woodlawn Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of theft or receiving stolen property and possession of paraphernalia; held on $2,200 bond.

Nita V. Pateli, 39, 5241 Basion Park Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of criminal conversion; released on $250 bond.

Bryan Wayne Lambert, 21, 480 Prosser Drive, Lot 32, Edinburgh; arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement and obstruction of justice; held on $4,000 bond.

Charles Anthony Childs, 23, 3939 Pebble Peach Court, Franklin; arrested on a charge of failure to return to lawful detention and on a warrant for violation of community corrections; held without bond.

Harley W. Plummer, 28, 4038 Knollwood Ave., Franklin; arrested on a charge of criminal trespass; held on $1,000 bond.

Andrew L. Herbert, 45, 1625 N. Carver St., Greensburg; arrested on a charge of battery; released on $500 bond.

Kristen L. Cooper, 24, 1903 Eastwood St., Greenwood; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; released on $1,000 bond.
