Local Marsh stores get $1 million in renovations

A Center Grove area supermarket has made $1 million in renovations.

Marsh, at 2904 S. State Road 135, installed new fixtures and lighting, repainted, added new cases and refinished the floors, according to a company news release.

The renovations come when several other grocery stores are expanding or adding new locations in Johnson County.

Marsh, which closed locations in Greenwood and Franklin in recent years, has renovated other locations in the past three years, the release said.

“We look forward to serving the Bargersville, Greenwood and surrounding area residents for many more years with our newly remodeled store,” Marsh Senior Vice President of Operations Bob Weidner said in the release.
