Jessica Ann Frazer, 25, of Franklin, died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, in Indianapolis.
Jessica was born in Rochester, Minnesota, on Oct. 10, 1989.
She was a 2008 graduate of Franklin Community High School.
Jessica had a quick wit and an electric smile. She had a gift with all areas of fashion, often sewing her own clothes and creating a variety of hairstyles.
Jessica loved spending time with friends and family, especially her siblings, Olivia and Jeremy.
She will sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Survivors include her father, Steven Frazer and his wife, Gena Swanagan Frazer of Franklin, mother, Laurie Duryee of Indianapolis; sister, Olivia Frazer of Franklin; brother, Jeremy Frazer of Whiteland; grandparents, Wayne Duryee and Marian Duryee of Iowa, and Lynn Swanagan of Franklin; and a multitude of cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Glen and Dorothy Frazer of LeRoy, Minnesota.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel, 197 E. Jefferson St. A visitation was Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will take place Wednesday at LeRoy Cemetery in LeRoy, Minnesota.
