Jeffrey Alan Whittington, 49, of Greenwood, died on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Stacey M. Layne Whittington of Greenwood; daughters, Kaitlyn S. (Joel) Shouse of Fishers and Madelyn R. Whittington of Greenwood; mother and stepfather, Sherry and John Myers of Bloomington; and sisters, Julie A. (Brad) Bowling of Greenwood and Jeannie A. Tuttle of Bloomington.
Services will be at noon today at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 10 a.m. today. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
