FRANKLIN
Jessica Ann Frazer, 25, died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015, in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Franklin.
Survivors include her father, Steven Frazer of Franklin; her mother, Laurie Duryee of Indianapolis; a sister, Olivia Frazer of Frankin; a brother, Jeremy Frazer of Whiteland; and grandparents, Wayne Duryee and Marian Duryee, both of Iowa, and Lynn Swanagan of Franklin.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel, 197 E. Jefferson St. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at LeRoy Cemetery in LeRoy, Minnesota.
