GREENWOOD
David Marshall Blincoe teed off on Jan. 20, 1947, in St. Charles, Illinois.
He was sponsored by John and Edna Blincoe.
David picked up his favorite set of clubs after serving in the Air Force during Vietnam. David scored an eagle with his wife Diane of 46 years.
During his time on the green David parred with his children Kimberly (Rick) Mitchell and Lee (Kristi) Blincoe. His ace-in-the-hole was his grandchildren, Delaney and Gracie Mitchell and Lennox Blincoe.
Always in the gallery were his brother, Jim (Joanne) Blincoe; sister in-law, Pam Bay; niece, Mindy (Chris) Christian; and great-nephew, Cameron.
David spent many years in the clubhouse with Air Group socializing. David received his Green Jacket on Sept. 12, 2015.
In celebration of his game please join his family from 1 to 3 p.m. Sept. 27 at Valle Vista Golf Club in Greenwood.
