Riley Clark Foster, an infant, died Aug. 19, 2015 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his mother, Meagan E. Foster of Greenwood; grandparents, Darryl and Michelle (Clark) Riley of Greenwood; and great-grandmother, Rhonda Clark of Indianapolis.
Services are private.
Arrangements are being handled by Swartz Family Church and Chapel — Funeral and Cremation Services in Greenwood.
