3 injured when motorcycles collide

Three people were injured slightly in a motorcycle accident near Bargersville.

The accident happened after 4 p.m. Saturday near County Road 144 and Saddle Club Road.

One motorcycle rear-ended another motorcycle, causing both to go down, according to the accident report from Bargersville police.

Kenneth Edwards, 36, of Mooresville, told police the motorcycle in front of him braked and he ran into the back of it, the report said.

His passenger, Olivia Holden, 26, Greenfield, had cuts and scrapes but declined medical treatment.

Charles Ramey, 49, and his wife, Ellen Ramey, 49, both of Trafalgar, were thrown off their motorcycle when it was struck, the report said.

Ellen Ramey complained of back pain and was taken to the hospital. Charles Ramey suffered scrapes.
