The Johnson County Recycling District’s household hazardous waste collection site, Tox Box, will be open Saturday at 1051 Hospital Road in Franklin.
Hours are 9 a.m. to noon. This event is for individual residents only, not businesses or contractors.
The following items will be accepted: household cleaning supplies, yard and pool chemicals, automotive fluids, oil-based paint and stain. No latex paint will be accepted.
