• 1600 block of Franklin Place Court: Police responded at 4:23 p.m. Thursday to a report of fraudulent debit card transactions.
• 1600 block of Roberts Road: Police responded at 10:19 a.m. Thursday to a report of a phone scam.

Theft

Family Video, 155 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 10:49 p.m. Thursday to a report of someone entering the store and stealing a cash drawer and two buckets of change, totaling nearly $500.

Criminal mischief

CVS, 655 U.S. 31 South: Police responded at 6:24 a.m. Friday to a report of a box cutter blade found stuck in a vehicle’s tire.

Fraud

• Game Stop, 916 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 3:46 p.m. Thursday to a report of counterfeiting.
• Kroger, 2200 Independence Drive: Police responded at 11:46 a.m. Thursday to a report of someone attempting to buy gift cards with what appeared to be a stolen credit card.

Fraud

4300 block of Mahogany Drive: Police responded at 10:49 a.m. Thursday to a report of an online scam involving an online job application. The victim was told to cash a check and send money out of state.

John Lane Gibson, 54, homeless, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of resisting lawn enforcement, driving without ever receiving a license, illegally carrying or possessing a firearm, criminal recklessness and burglary and on out-of-county warrants; held without bond.

Jeremiah Ballard, 38, 4031 Cunot Cataract Road, Poland; arrested on a charge of contempt of court; held without bond.

Vincente Rodriguez-Durantes, 39, 1126 Dearborn St., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving without ever receiving a license; released on $250 bond.

Amy Louise Clouse, 40, 914 Wallington Circle, Greenwood; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $165 bond.

Matthew Aaron Coy, 33, 6967 E. Greensburg Road, Franklin; arrested on an out-of-county warrant; held without bond.

Charles E. Stamper Jr., 23, 1847 Elmhurst Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for violation of probation; held without bond.

Loren Johnny Burton, 49, 701 17th Ave. West, Bradenton, Florida; arrested on charges of nonsupport of a child and contempt of court; held on $7,600 bond.

Jesse E. A. Warfield, 19, 100 E. Pearl St., Trafalgar; arrested on a charge of contempt of court; released on $515 bond. 

Hong P. Fujii, 46, 1338 Old Hickory Circle, Greenwood; arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and domestic battery; held on $2,000 bond.
