James F. Plummer, 56, died Monday, July 27, 2015, in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include his wife, Neysa (Fort) Plummer of Indianapolis; and three children, Ashley and Erica Plummer, both of Indianapolis, and Shelly Ann Plummer of Tennessee.
