Criminal mischief

2300 block of Cedarmill Drive: Police responded at 12:58 a.m. Friday to a report of a car windshield with an obscenity written on it.

800 block of Glendale Drive: Police responded at 7:22 p.m. Thursday to a report of an incorrigible juvenile.

600 block of West King Street: Police responded at 3:27 p.m. Thursday to a report of a rock being thrown through a house window.

Domestic battery

North Jackson and West Adams Street: Police responded at 12:48 a.m. Friday to a report of battery. No battery was found to have taken place but a man and woman were arrested for possession of paraphernalia.

Fraud

800 block of Waterway Drive: Police responded at 1:44 p.m. Thursday to a report of fraudulent debit card purchases.

1000 block of Hospital Road: Police responded at 12:36 p.m. Thursday to a report of a counterfeit $100 bill.

Thefts

Wal-Mart, 2125 N. U.S. 31: Police responded at 9:10 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. A man was arrested for attempted shoplifting and possession of marijuana.

Wal-Mart, 2125 N. U.S. 31: Police responded at 7:08 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. Two women were arrested.

Driving under the influence

1700 block of Saratoga Drive, Greenwood: Police responded at 12:11 p.m. Friday to an instance of speeding. The driver of the vehicle was observed traveling more than 70 mph and passing cars on a double-yellow line section of roadway. The driver, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, passing in a no-passing zone, speeding and failure to signal lane change.

Hit-and-run accident

3500 block of West Stones Crossing Road, Greenwood: Police responded at 12:11 a.m. Sunday to a report of a driver leaving the scene of an accident. The driver was found and arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, possession of marijuana and possession of alcohol by a minor.
