COLUMBIA, KENTUCKY
Keith A. Hancock of Columbia, Kentucky, passed away Friday, July 25, 2015, at Rudd Heart and Lung Center in Louisville, Kentucky, after a brief illness.
He was born Nov. 27, 1957, to the late Gaither W. and Myrtle V. (Watson) Hancock.
He married Barbara Bryant on April 6, 1985. She lovingly survives.
He also was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanice Murrell; and an infant brother, Warren Hancock.
Besides his wife, Barbara Bryant Hancock, he also is survived by one sister, Brenda F. Brumley of Jamestown, Kentucky; three nephews, Michael, Christopher and Brian Brumley, all of Kentucky; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Arvil and Della Fay Bryant of Franklin; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Michael and Sandra Bryant of Franklin; and two nieces, Desiree Oesterling and Justina Hartell of Indiana.
Mr. Hancock was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky. He enjoyed his profession as a physical therapy assistant, having worked at various local hospitals and home health agencies.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. today at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greenburg St. in Columbia, Kentucky. Interment will be at Cane Valley Cemetery in Columbia.
