Rosa Mae Chadwell, 71, of Franklin died Thursday, July 23, 2015.
Survivors include her mother, Mildred Jackson; a son, Albert (Cheryl) Chadwell; two daughters, Rose Marie (Jerry) Johnson and Laura Ann (Robert) Voiles; 13 siblings; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Smilie Chadwell.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
