Roy Elwyn Smith, 54, died July 3, 2015, in Franklin. He was a resident of Franklin.
Survivors include his mother, Anna (Lanham) Smith of Morgantown; a daughter, Tina Turner of Florida; a sister, Theresa (Larry) Hedrick of Morgantown; and a brother, Larry Smith of Morgantown.
