Mark R. Adams, 61, of Shelbyville, died Friday, July 3, 2015.
Survivors include two children, Kristie Adams and David Fairman; and two siblings, Gary (Terri) Adams and Tina Marie Adams.
A service will be at noon today at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
