Thefts

• 1200 block of East King Street: A man reported at 8:11 a.m. Wednesday that someone entered his car and stole change and jewelry.
• King and Vaught streets: A woman reported at 2:35 p.m. Thursday that her cellphone was missing.
• 200 block of Terre Haute Street: A woman reported at 11:41 p.m. Wednesday that someone stole her son’s digital music player.

Greenwood

Theft

1800 block of Prairie Sky Lane: Police responded at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday to a report of theft.

Criminal mischief

800 block of Dover Drive: Police responded at 3:53 p.m. Thursday to a report of a marker on a van.

Johnson County

Fraud

7500 block of South Nineveh Road, Nineveh: A woman reported at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday that she received a call from the IRS claiming she owed them $500. The call was fraudulent.

Mytiya Quashe Sanders, 24, 1085 Fox Hill Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana/hashish; released on $1,200 bond.
