A man turned himself in to the Johnson County jail after finding out he was wanted on a criminal charge of sexual battery.
Justin Martin, 19, 8632 S. State Road 39, Clayton, was charged with a count of sexual battery stemming from an incident that police said took place last fall.
A teenage girl was forced to perform sexual acts with Martin and a teenage boy in September at a party in Greenwood, according to the probable cause affidavit.
The girl was pushed into a bedroom at a party, where Martin and a teenage boy were waiting for her, court documents said.
Martin paid $1,200 and was released from the jail.
