Deputies are looking for two men after a resident reported a break-in at a home near Bargersville.
The homeowner stopped by the house in the 2500 block of County Road 575W Sunday afternoon and found a small green pickup truck next to her garage. As she got closer, she noticed some of her belongings in the truck bed. She confronted two men who walked out of the garage and got into the truck.
The men mentioned a frat house, and one called the other “Zaz.” Before they left, the homeowner grabbed a framed Boston Celtics jersey and a light from the back of the truck, which were hers. The men then left and headed south on County Road 575W, a Johnson County Sheriff’s Office report said.
After the men left, the homeowner noticed that almost all of the house’s doors and one window were open. She said she did not know what specific items were missing, the report said. A week earlier, police were called to an underage drinking party at the property.
