An Indianapolis man has been arrested on a charge of public nudity after urinating in an outdoor fountain at Greenwood Park Mall, police said.
James L. Moore, 22, 2108 White Oaks Drive, Indianapolis, urinated in a fountain at the mall in late March.
Police gave him a citation to appear in court, but he did not attend the scheduled court hearing, prompting a warrant to be issued for his arrest.
Two people saw the incident and contacted mall security.
Moore posted $1,000 bond and was released from the Johnson County jail.
